The Company is responsible for both accepting the booking and providing the transportation services. The customer guarantees that all passengers will comply with the following rules and guidelines:

  • Passenger Limits: No more than the allowed number of passengers per vehicle.
  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • No Littering: Littering or spilling liquids is not allowed.
  • Safety: Passengers must not engage in any activities that could cause hazardous situations.
  • Damage to Vehicle: Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle during the rental period. The customer will be billed for any repairs or cleaning required to restore the vehicle to its working condition, as well as for any loss of earnings incurred by the driver due to the vehicle being off the road.
  • Liability: Any liability related to the transportation services lies with LIMOGROUP SARL.
  • Right to Cancel: LIMOGROUP SARL reserves the right to cancel any booking with a customer or passenger.
  • Booking Availability: All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Delays: While we strive to ensure punctuality, the Company cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • Driver Speed: The driver will drive at a safe and sensible speed, in accordance with road conditions, traffic, and legal speed limits.
  • Route Selection: Our chauffeurs will travel by the most appropriate route unless instructed otherwise by the customer at the time of booking.
  • Insurance: Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. However, customer property is carried entirely at the customer’s own risk. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to such property.
  • Luggage Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal items at all times. Passengers must ensure their belongings are loaded into the vehicle before the service begins and unloaded when the service ends. The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequential losses arising from luggage or personal items that are not properly loaded or unloaded.
  • Lost Property: The Company will maintain a lost property log and will make reasonable efforts to return any lost items left in the vehicle to the customer.
  • Right to Refuse Service: The Company and its chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or whose behavior poses a threat to the chauffeur, the vehicle, or other passengers.

Pricing Rules:

  • The service price is provided in advance, either on the website, by email, or over the phone.

  • The order price includes a vehicle with a driver, as well as road tolls and fuel costs. It does not include additional expenses such as tour guides, entry tickets, or tourist parking fees. These expenses must be paid directly by the passenger or may be covered by the driver and invoiced to the customer.

  • Pricing details for each vehicle for TRANSFER, HOURLY, or DAILY bookings can be found on the booking platform.

    For Airport Transfers:

    • 1 hour of total waiting time is included (this combines waiting time at pick-up and any other small waiting times along the way).
    • If the customer requires additional waiting time (e.g., to stop at a restaurant, tourist destination, or for shopping), the extra waiting time will be charged according to each car’s hourly booking rate.
    • The transfer price is based on the kilometers from the pick-up point to the drop-off destination. If the customer alters the route, a new transfer price will be provided.

    For City Transfers:

    • 15 minutes of total waiting time is included.
    • If the customer requires additional waiting time (e.g., to stop at a restaurant, tourist destination, or for shopping), the extra waiting time will be charged according to each car’s hourly booking rate.
    • The transfer price is based on the kilometers from the pick-up point to the drop-off destination. If the customer changes the route, a new transfer price will be provided.

    For Hourly Bookings:

    • 20 kilometers of distance is included per hour.
    • If the customer exceeds this distance within one hour, additional kilometers will be charged according to each car’s price per kilometer for transfer.

    For Daily Bookings:

    • 300 kilometers of distance is included per day.
    • If the customer exceeds this distance within one day, additional kilometers will be charged according to each car’s price per kilometer for transfer.
    • For overnight trips outside city limits, the customer must provide accommodation for the driver. If no accommodation is provided, an extra 200 CHF per night will be charged for hotel accommodation nearby.
    • The driver must have at least a 9-hour break within every 24 hours of service.

Methods of Payment:

Credit Card Payment:

Our online booking system accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, and Discover. When you select a credit card as your payment method, the transaction will be processed securely through our trusted partner, STRIPE, which guarantees the highest level of security for electronic transactions. Payment processing is conducted using the secure redirect method, ensuring maximum protection for your transaction.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • More than 48 hours in advance:
    If a booking is cancelled by the customer more than 48 hours before the service starts, there is no cancellation fee. All advance payments will be refunded, except for credit card charges and any non-refundable expenses incurred by Limogroup (e.g., hotel nights).

  • Between 48 to 24 hours before service:
    If a booking is cancelled between 48 and 24 hours before the start of the service, 50% of the service price will be charged.

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show:
    If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the service or in case of a no-show, the full service price will be charged.
    Customers who choose the “pay at pickup” option will receive an invoice by email.

Other Terms:

    • Invalidity of a Clause:
      If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and they will remain in full force and effect.

    • Interpretation of Refunds:
      Any reference to the return of money or credit to the customer’s account throughout this Agreement shall always be understood to be without interest.

    • Delay in Exercising Rights:
      A delay by either party (the Company or the Customer) in exercising any part or all of their rights under these terms does not waive or diminish those rights. They can be exercised at any time in the future, as reasonably determined by the beneficiary of the right.
