How do I reserve a chauffeur?
Reservations can be made seamlessly through our online form, by email, or by phone. To ensure the availability of your preferred vehicle, we suggest booking 24 hours in advance. For last-minute needs, our team is available by phone to assist you.
What areas do you cover?
We operate across all of Switzerland, including major airports (Geneva, Zurich) and ski resorts. We also serve neighboring regions in France and Italy. For specific long-distance destinations, feel free to contact us directly.
How will I find my chauffeur at the airport?
We monitor your flight to ensure a timely pickup. Your chauffeur will meet you at the arrivals exit with a personalized name board. You will receive their direct contact number before your flight lands.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We continuously monitor flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will adjust the pickup time automatically so they are there when you land. We offer a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes at airports to allow you to clear customs without stress.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfers. For your convenience and security, payments can be made online via a secure link or directly upon booking. Corporate accounts with monthly invoicing are also available for frequent travelers.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, the safety of your children is a priority. We can provide baby seats or boosters upon request free of charge. Please specify the age and weight of the child when making your reservation so we can prepare the appropriate seat.
How much luggage can I bring?
The luggage capacity depends on the vehicle class selected. A standard sedan typically holds 1 large suitcase and 2 carry-ons. For larger groups or excess luggage (ski equipment, multiple large bags), we recommend booking a Van/MPV. Please inform us of your luggage volume when booking.
Can I book a chauffeur by the hour?
Absolutely. In addition to point-to-point transfers, we offer an « Hourly » service. This provides you with a dedicated chauffeur and vehicle for a set number of hours, giving you the flexibility to make multiple stops or change your itinerary on the go.
